Do you need to take a pre-aranged time off or call off from work unexpectadly?

Keep in mind the following pointers:
  1. You can only be off work if you have accrued time off available. 
  2. You must give 7 days notice if you need to be off. 
  3. All requests must be submitted in writing. To request time off click on this Link and follow the steps on the screen to submit the time off. 

 

If you submit the time off request and have submitted it with 7 days notice AND you have accrued time off, you will receive an email confirmation that it has been approved. If you do not have accrued time off or 7 days notice was not provided, your HR Specialist will call you to ensure you are aware of the company policy so you can properly request it the next time.
